1. Order

When you have placed an order in Bud'n Poppy's webshop, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please double-check that all information is correct. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any questions and we will help you with it if you wish!

2. Payment

We offer secure and flexible payment options. You can choose between:

  • Pay directly with Visa, Mastercard or Maestro.
  • Pay immediately, later or split the payment.

(Available options depend on what Klarna offers you at checkout.) All payments are handled securely via encrypted connections and meet high security requirements. No card details are stored with us.

All prices are in SEK and include VAT.

3. Delivery

Your items will be shipped to you within 1-3 business days after your order has been registered. Depending on your choice of delivery option, you should receive your package 2-5 business days after your order has been registered.

Delivery is made with Postnord, and you will receive a tracking number when the package is on its way.

4. Returns & cancellation rights

You have 14 days to return your item from the date you received it. Please notify us by email before sending anything back. For the return to be approved, the product must be unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the amount within 10 days.

Step-by-step return guide:

  1. The item must be unused, in original condition and packaged in original packaging. All product tags must remain/be present on the item.
  2. Please notify us via email before sending anything. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  3. Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the amount within 10 days.

5. Complaints

If there is something wrong with your item – contact Bud´n Poppy directly via email and please attach pictures. Bud´n Poppy follows the Consumer Purchase Act and will of course replace products that are damaged or faulty.

6. Unclaimed packages

For packages not collected, a fee of SEK 150 will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.
